Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available online, at the Leon’s Centre box office, or by phone at 1 (855) 985-5000.
When will Team Ontario play?
Team Ontario’s preliminary round draws have been assigned, many of them are in prime time and Team Canada will be on the ice each and every time providing more bang for your buck! Ontario and Canada will play in draw 1 on the opening Saturday, 4 and 5 on Sunday, 8 Monday evening, 10 and 11 on Tuesday, and the final preliminary round draw 14 on Wednesday evening. The final preliminary round match-ups will be determined once all of the teams are declared via the provincial and territorial playdowns.
Are there any other fees or taxes applied to the tickets?
HST is included in the ticket price. Standard facility and ticketing service fees are applied to the ticket price at the time of purchase. Fee amounts vary by ticket offer.
Are ticket purchases refundable?
All ticket sales are final. Please be sure you have selected the proper event and seat locations prior to completing your order. An option to purchase ticket insurance is available via Ticketmaster.
What are the benefits of the Premium Club Seats section?
The Club Lounge is a premium seating area on the north side of the venue, from rows 10 and upward. Included in the Club lounge are wider, padded seating; exclusive concession stand, with premium food options; priority venue access through Gate #1; and televisions, cocktail tables, and a private washroom.
I placed a $50 deposit during the bid process, how can I apply this to my full event package and is there a deadline?
No, everyone who placed a deposit was contacted directly by the Leon’s Centre box office in January 2019. The email (or phone call) included instructions and a specific code to grant access for that customer to purchase their packages. As additional ticket package offers are released, the inventory available for full event packages will decrease. Please contact the box office immediately at (613) 650-5078 if you have any questions. When will I receive my tickets?
There is a delivery delay in place on all delivery methods until dates and times of individual draws are confirmed. Packages are expected to be mailed no earlier than November 2019. You will receive a confirmation of purchase at the time of your transaction.
What else does my ticket get me?
The City of Kingston is providing FREE transportation for everyone who has a Tim Hortons Brier ticket. All you need to do is show your ticket to get onto the bus!
Is there anything else I should know when buying a ticket?
As this event is televised live, certain production elements such as cameras will be located on the field of play and may occasionally be within your line of sight.
